Sales Team
Hengze's sales team consists of two parts, one is domestic and the other is international.The team is led by a sales executive who has worked for more than 20 years and has professional knowledge of products and rich sales experience.For export business, our team attends domestic and foreign international exhibitions, keeps abreast of industry information, and provides customers with the most effective dust removal and filtration scheme. In addition, we can develop new products together according to the needs of foreign customers.The aim of our sales team is to be honest, professional and efficient.The main job is to develop new customers and maintain old customers according to the market demand.Collect customer samples, test, quote, follow up the production process, confirm the details, and ensure that each shipment meets customer requirements.
Service Team
We provide pre-sale application and technical consultation on site. Assist customers to check and analyze the site specific conditions, and provide the suitable technical solution. After check the order, our guidance will follow up the whole process until finish production. In addition, technicist guide the installation and commission if customer request. And analysis physical properties and service life of production.
