There are variety of processes in metal industry will produce dust particles which need to control emission. Like raw material stacking, coking, sinterbands, convertor furnaces, electric arc furnaces, AOD furnaces，casting and fettling operations.
In addition, the produce of metal often generates lots and different kinds of dust pollutants, that need bag company have enough field experience in iron and steel industry, not only familiar with filter material but also have knowledge to whole steel making process. According to specific working conditions, Hengze research series of composite filter material which has higher performance but lower cost.
Classic applications are as follows:
Coking: Temperature up to 130℃. In addition, different with general flue gas, coking contains waste gas and tar smoke, which makes the flue gas purification process more complicated. The suitable materials is : water & oil-proof anti-static polyester needle felt.
Blast furnace gas：Temperature up to 260 ℃，containing SO2, NOX and moisture，that need filter material have Hydrolysis resistance, high temperature resistance and acid resistance. The suitable material is Nomex, Fiberglass,FMS, P84 and composite material.
